Impact
Our analysis proved a strong connection between gratitude and success, defined by metrics such as job satisfaction, referrals received, and assets under management. We were also able to identify how advisors express gratitude and the results of these initiatives. Janus incorporated the findings in its The Art of WOW program , positioning Janus as an industry thought leader and value-added partner to advisors.
